When it all began

In 1809 our ancestor Antonio Scervino became a Bourbon landowner, thus acquiring the right of ownership of the first historical piece of olive grove, still today the heart of our company.

A solid growth

In a difficult historical context, marked by mass migration and poverty, the industriousness and tenacity of Domenico Scervino Senior allowed the company to consolidate as a stable reality in the olive oil scene in Calabria.

A Forward-looking tradition
In the Italy of the post-war period and of the economic boom, our farm, is among the first companies in the entire south of Italy to experiment the use of new sustainable technologies in the field of agriculture. Among them the use of the first tractors.
Obtaining Organic Certification
It was during this period of growth that the company decided to make it its mission to develop organic and sustainable food products. Our line "Colline di elo", obtains the organic certification ICEA N.R275. 
First international events

In the 2000s the company began to take part in international trade events concerning the then emerging niche of organic products, finding success in the sales of its products, as happened during the Bio Marché fair held in Zofingen.

A New Era
The company moves to the plant in Cotrada Ciurana. The investments in avant-garde facilities, and the
availability of wide spaces allow a further quality leap in the production and distribution of our products, projected towards the excellence.
Exelien Organic is born
Exelien, the result of years of research and study of native cultivars is launched on the market. An EVOO Oil with an high content of vitamin E, polyphenols and unsaturated fats, a unique and innovative product, intended for pharmacies and parapharmacies.
Exclusevoo is born
Exclususevoo, our line of excellence, is born. Three EVO, fruit of different cultivars, united by an elegant fusion of tradition and innovation.
