"An excellent Organic Olive-Oil produced in small quantities is that of Domenico Scervino’s Farm. It is an oil that has very low acidity, it is tasty but does not overpower the taste of the food with which it is combined. Exquisite on fish just taken out of the oven and on vegetables. It comes from the olive groves of Roggianella and Dolce di Rossano.
